Ultra Shih Tzu Puppies

At Ultra Shih Tzu, we are passionate about producing top quality AKC Shih Tzu puppies. We are proud in breeding Shih Tzu with the “Ultra” look whether they are representing us in the show ring or in being loved as a family pet.

Over the 30 years of being involved in showing and breeding Shih Tzu, we have always been dedicated to improving the Shih Tzu breed. All of our breeding is carefully planned. All litters that are bred at Ultra are both AKC champion sired with AKC dam champions. We believe the mothers play a very important role in the development of their puppies.

We are very hands on with all our dogs. All of our puppies are born and raised in our home. I sleep right next to them for the first couple of weeks of their lives. We believe that human touch and mother’s touch are very important in the development of the puppy, whether they are show dogs or for a loving home as a companion. For this reason, Ultra Shih Tzu puppies are handled from the first moment they are born.

We allow our puppies to go to their forever home at about 12 weeks of age. We follow at the Code of Ethnics as provided for in the American Shih Tzu Club.

Each puppy will leave for their forever home having already been vet checked with their individual health vet records and a written health guarantee. I will provide you with a puppy information packet on how to care for your new family member. You will also be given a list of ‘must haves’ for your new puppy with links as to where to find them.

No puppy will be sent anywhere unattended. These puppies are like babies to me and I need to meet the families they will be going to. Puppy buyers are welcome to stay in touch with us. We love to pictures and updates!

NOTE REGARDING PETS: No puppy or dog available as a companion pet for sale within the US can be shipped per USDA requirements going into effect November 18, 2013. Most animals intended as pets must be seen by the buyer in person prior to final sale. Because of this change, pet buyers must meet the puppy/dog in person before purchasing.
